Kowloon Spirits is a love letter to Hong Kong. Born from the flavours and memories of the city, from fresh markets, cha chaan tengs to neon streets and late-night tables. These are the flavours we grew up with and the stories we want to keep telling as generations come around tables. Proudly made and distilled in Hong Kong, our award-winning spirits take familiar ingredients, tastes and traditions and give them a new expression across gin, vodka and whiskey. As Hong Kong’s first whiskey distillery, we are writing a new chapter for spirits made in this city, celebrating the culinary classics that have defined Hong Kong for generations. At the heart of our collection is the Kowloon Single Malt Whiskey, a tribute to char siu and its caramelised sweetness, savoury richness and gentle smoke, reimagined through single malt.
